"Snap & Spice": Contest Rules
- By submitting your entry, you agree to these rules—even if you didn’t actually read them (but seriously, you should!).
- The law comes first! The “Snap & Spice” contest is played strictly by all the rules of U.S. law—because nothing ruins the fun like breaking the rules.
- Want to join? Awesome, just be a legal adult and actually send us your entry. That’s it.
- Each participant can submit up to 5 dazzling, original photos of dishes from the book “Cook With Fire.” If you send more, we’ll just pick the first five and ignore the rest. Sorry, not sorry.
- By hitting submit, you grant us all rights (yes, ALL of them!) to your culinary masterpieces. We can use, edit, share, and show off your photos however and wherever we want, forever and ever—online and offline. We might even use them to promote the book, our social media, or maybe just as our phone backgrounds.
- We reserve the right to edit, display, and make your photos famous… or keep them to ourselves, if we’re in that kind of mood.
- If you send us anything offensive, stolen, or just plain bad, you’ll be disqualified and probably silently judged.
- The best photos will be chosen based on social media likes, shares, and maybe a secret jury of spice lovers.
- Your email is safe with us. No spam, no selling to shady companies, no nonsense. We’ll only use it to run the contest and hype up “Cook With Fire.”
- Promise: We’ll only send you positive, happy, non-annoying emails about the contest and the book. Pinky swear.
- We’re not responsible for any technical gremlins that might gobble up your entry. The internet’s wild, you know?
- If anything goes wrong, we’ll handle disputes with our usual charm—in accordance with U.S. law, of course.
